We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced person to join our small team on a fixed term part time basis, initially for 14 months (0.8 FTE) to manage our positioning in the agriculture market in order to reach share, volume and profitability objectives of the SPAA brand. The role will take accountability for managing marketing related activities including events, programs and promotions which revolve around increasing grower adoption of Precision Agriculture across Australia; providing Precision Agriculture information using a variety of methods; enhancing the branding of SPAA; administration and reporting.
To be successful you must have the following skills and abilities where your responsibilities include:
A marketing/sponsorship/relationship management background in order to grow revenue and increase membership.
An understanding of agricultural, environmental and natural resource management issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders queries and requests for information.
The ability to develop and implement effective agricultural education and promotional strategies and sound knowledge of and understanding of publication and exhibition preparation and production.
The ability to multi-task, and project and time management skills including preparing and updating project GANTT tables and using the data to drive outcomes.
Contribute actively to the planning, setup, involvement and attendance of PA field days, workshops and training initiatives as well as attend events to ensure SPAA offerings align to our overall brand strategy.
Prior experience on social media platforms and marketing will absolutely impress or a related tertiary qualification.

Here is the next instalment of six that are being made available to you.
